PowerGadgets Features:

PHYLIP is free to use. You can go to and download it.
The installation of PHYLIP is done by adding a directory where the program is installed.
To add the directory you have to go to Control Panel -> Add / Remove Programs.

Once the installation is done, you have to go to Start -> Run and type in cmd.
When the command window appears, you should type in:

Note: to open a new window, you should enter a different command.
