Keymacro is a tool for OS X that can trigger macros with the press of a key. You can define your macros easily and quickly.
How to Install?
First of all, you need to download the application Keymacro from this link:

Once you have installed the app, you need to open Keymacro (found in Applications -> Utilities) to define your macros and keys. The main window contains four buttons: „Add a Keymacro“, „Record a Keymacro“, „Play a Keymacro“, „Save Keymacro“. If you click on „Add a Keymacro“, you can specify a key combination that will launch a specific macro. If you press the Record button, you can record your key combination and save it in a text file. „Play a Keymacro“ allows you to play back the macro to test the key combination. The button „Save Keymacro“ will save the last key combination you recorded in a text file.
Keymacro’s interface
Once the application is installed, you will be asked to define your first macro. To do so, click on „Add a Keymacro“. The main window shows a text field where you can type a key combination. When you click OK, the macro will be defined in the window below the text field.
Each macro is composed of a series of commands. Each command is composed of one key and one macro name. Macro name can be set in the main window. You can also change the key by clicking on it. For example, to set Ctrl+Q as the command of the macro name „Copy“, just click on Ctrl, then Q, and type the macro name.
You can also delete a key by clicking on it. This will also delete the macro associated to this key.
Once you have defined your macros, you can play them. To do so, click on „Play a Keymacro“.
In the main window, click on the play button next to the macro name you want to play. Clicking on the play button in the upper right corner will play all macros defined in the current window.
Each macro consists of several keystroke commands. Commands are separated by colon „:“. You can select several commands by clicking on the right line. You can also press spacebar to pause the playback. You can then use mouse keys to advance in the playback.

KeyMacro is a Windows tool which allows you to convert your keyboard into a virtual keyboard, for the purpose of quick macros which you can press in any application you want. This means that you can add all of the available shortcuts into a single command which you can simply press and voila, the shortcuts are activated.
KeyMacro is simple to install and has a simple interface, which makes it easy to use. The software offers you a bunch of languages to choose from and you can add or remove the ones you want to use and have them available for every application.

KEYMACRO has a great interface, with which you can easily choose your settings and add your shortcuts. The shortcuts are easy to type in as they’re using the standard keyboard layout. KEYMACRO also offers you the opportunity to add your own, which means that it can be used in a variety of applications.
